Simple Soup

2 eggs 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup or less of bread crumbs 1/2 tsp. sugar
4 cups of broth 1 tbl. vinegar
a few spring onions 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbl. oil 1/2 tsp. pepper

Beat the eggs until foamy. Add bread crumbs and
spices and mix well. Add enough broth to make a
runny paste. Slowly add egg mixture to boiling broth
while mixing vigorously with a wire whisk. Stir in
vinegar. The finished soup should be thick and smooth.
Garnish with spring onions.
